Ordering

You order the products via the online store. You have to be over 18 years old or you have to have the permission of your parent or guardian to place an order. You can choose to create an account for the online store so that your next visits will go smoother. Creating an account is not mandatory. After having placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement to your email address with information about the delivery. If you have created an account, you can easily follow the order processing and see all your past orders. If you have any problems using the online store, please contact us via email. All prices include VAT. The price of an item can be changed after having placed an order if a pricing mistake has taken place or if the price is exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Judicial act law 32§)

Shipping

Typically your order will be dispatched the same day or the next day after we have received the payment. Shipping fee to Finland is 4.90 €, and to other EU countries 20 €. You will be informed if your order takes longer to get dispatched. Shipping is available to Finland and other EU countries. About shipping outside of EU, contact us at info@paccas.fi. Products are shipped either as a postal package to your nearest postal office or to a Smartpost automat of your choice, or small orders as a letter directly to recipient’s shipping address. Package sent to local post office needs to be claimed within two weeks from delivery. If the package is not claimed within the given time period, the package is returned to us. The standard shipping fees apply for possible reshipping. Let us know if you prefer to retrieve your package directly from our warehouse.

Return & exchange policy

All returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. The returned product has to be in the original condition with the tags attached. Please contact us by email prior to returning a product. Return fees are paid by customer.

Warranty

Paccas truly cares about the quality of its products. However, if a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Please contact us by email concerning any warranty issues at info@paccas.fi.
